What is CBΝ or Cannabinol? 

The cannabis plant produces about 100 cannabinoids. The best known are CBD, CBC, CBN and CBG.  It requires expert knowledge of the cannabinoid pathways to isolate CBN because it does not stem directly from the precursor cannabinoid CBGA. Instead, CBN is the degraded product of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). 

What are the effects of CBN?

Research into the potential influence of CBN is ongoing, with studies taking place all over the world. A significant advantage of CBN is, despite its link to THC, the cannabinoid does not produce psychotropic side effects.

Early evaluations of the cannabinoid suggest CBN's interaction with CB1 and CB2 receptors may influence the following:

• Stimulate appetite
• Promote healthy sleep function
• Activate the immune system
• Protect against symptoms of ageing

How to use: Shake well before use. Place 1 drop under the tongue and hold for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat 2-3 times a day.
